We're looking for an Office Manager (w/m/d) to join our team in Berlin.

This is an on-site position.



Your mission:


Our Berlin office is growing and we now operate two floors in the same building. To keep the workplace welcoming, functional and clean even when things get busy, we are looking for a full-time Office Manager to help shape the next chapter of our office.

This role is about commitment and team work: someone who brings structure, keeps an overview and works closely with a second Office Manager to create a workplace where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.

Some days are calm and operational, others involve solving the unexpected. Either way, you are the kind of person who quietly makes things work.

How you will spend your time:
  • Coordinate with our facility partners and vendors (facility managers, caterers etc.)
  • Keep the office running smoothly and ensure shared spaces are clean and in great shape
  • Manage mail and packages (including short trips to the DHL Paket Shop)
  • Organise internal events such as Leadership Meetings, Summer and Winter parties, and sports events
  • Handle office procurement (snacks, drinks, onboarding pastries, supplies)
  • Manage access cards and onboarding logistics
  • Support travel arrangements
  • Respond calmly to office emergencies
  • Drive and ensure work safety and workplace compliance
  • Collaborate with other teams on projects such as office expansions or branding
What you should bring to the table:
We care more about mindset than perfect credentials. You’ll likely thrive here if you:
  • Have experience in office management, hospitality or workplace operations
  • Enjoy creating environments where people feel welcome
  • Bring structure and reliability without becoming rigid
  • Stay calm and solution-focused when things go wrong
  • Communicate clearly and kindly with very different stakeholders, in German and English
  • Enjoy working closely with a teammate rather than owning territory

Interview process
  1. First interview with a Senior TA Partner
  2. Second interview with our Head of People & a member of the People team
  3. Third onsite interview to meet the other members of the People Team

Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks. We gift the 24th and 31st December as extra vacation days and any additional non-public holiday days during this time will be taken from your annual leave.
