Position: Senior Backend Engineer (f/m/d)
Location: Berlin, Germany
Start date: End of Q2 beginning of Q3
Your Mission in a nutshell: We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer who thrives on solving complex puzzles and who’s known to be a great collaborator.
The Team: our tech team consists of around 20 professionals coming from different countries. We speak English and are divided into cross-functional squads.
We aspire to find a person with outstanding add-in expertise and a unique personality for our team. We are a diverse bunch of people, so there is no specific profile that will be 'the perfect fit!'
INTERVIEW PROCESS
Upon the receipt of your application, our Talent Acquisition team will thoroughly evaluate your submission. If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our comprehensive selection process, which includes the following stages:
Initial Screening with the recruiter (up to 45 minutes)
Technical Assessment interview to assess technical skills with live-coding element (60 minutes)
Value-added interview with the Product team (30 minutes)
System design interview with the CTO & Engineering Lead (45 minutes)
After the completion of these interview stages, our hiring team will convene for a debrief session to discuss your application. Following this debrief, our Talent Acquisition Partner will reach out to you to provide feedback and communicate the final decision regarding your candidacy.
