In Berlin, we at TELUS Health Engage are creating the future of digital health products: a mobile health and wellbeing companion, to help support the physical and mental wellbeing of individuals globally. We work with employers and health insurance providers to reach as many people as possible.

We're looking for an Account Executive (w/m/d) to join our Sales Team in Berlin.


This is a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in the office.


Your mission in a nutshell:


Own the full sales cycle for mid-to-large B2B accounts — from first conversation to signed contract — and become a key revenue driver as we grow our digital health and wellbeing platform across the German-speaking market and beyond.

How you will spend your time:

  • Manage the full sales cycle end-to-end: product demos, proposal, negotiation, and close — for mid-to-large B2B accounts

  • Build and maintain a strong self-generated pipeline alongside leads passed from the SDR team — you take ownership of your own revenue targets

  • Engage and build relationships with HR, People, and C-level decision-makers at prospective accounts — understanding their challenges and positioning our solutions with relevance and precision

  • Collaborate closely with the SDR, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure smooth handovers and a seamless experience from prospect to live customer

  • Keep your CRM (Hubspot) meticulously up to date — accurate forecasting and pipeline hygiene are non-negotiable

  • Share market and prospect insights with the wider team to sharpen messaging, improve our go-to-market approach, and help us win more

What you should bring to the table:

  • 2–3+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing mid-to-large deals — you have hit and exceeded quota and can demonstrate it

  • Genuine hunger and drive — you are self-motivated, proactive, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment where results matter

  • Fluent in German and fluent in English — you can run the full sales process, from first call to contract review, with confidence in both languages

  • Strong consultative selling skills — you ask great questions, listen actively, and tailor your approach to what each buyer actually needs

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools (Hubspot or similar) — disciplined about pipeline management and accurate forecasting

  • Experience in HR tech, digital health, EAP, or employee benefits is a plus — but your attitude and track record matter more than your sector

You will be successful in your role after 6 months, if:


  • You have closed your first deals and are tracking on or ahead of your revenue target, with a healthy pipeline to carry you forward

  • You are fully embedded in our product, our value proposition, and our ICP — running demos and discovery calls confidently and independently

  • The SDR and marketing teams see you as a true collaborator — you give clear feedback, act on leads quickly, and make the whole revenue engine run better

Interview process

If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our hiring process, which includes the following stages:

  • Recruiter Interview (45 mins)

  • Hiring Manager Interview (60 mins)

  • Final Interview incl. sales pitch / mock demo (90 mins)

Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks. We gift the 24th and 31st December as extra vacation days and any additional non-public holiday days during this time will be taken from your annual leave.
