How you will spend your time:
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic whitelabel partners, building strong relationships with senior stakeholders across commercial, product, and technical teams
- Drive partner success and business impact by deeply understanding partner goals, proactively managing risks, and ensuring high adoption, retention, and renewal outcomes
- Identify and lead expansion opportunities, contributing directly to revenue targets through strategic account planning, QBRs, and executive-level discussions
- Act as the central point of leadership for complex partner topics, aligning internal teams (Product, Engineering, Sales) and driving solutions forward
- Work on cross-partner initiatives and scalable solutions that address common needs and drive efficiency across the portfolio
What you should bring to the table:
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role within B2B SaaS, with a track record of managing complex or strategic accounts
- Proven ability to own and grow key accounts, including renewals, expansions, and revenue forecasting
- Ability to translate product and technical topics into clear business value, and connect them to partner outcomes
- Native or near-native French (C2.2) with strong professional communication skills in English (C1+)
- Your approach is analytical, resilient and focused
- You are confident in communicating with senior decision-makers Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce) and customer success metrics is a plus
