We're seeking a Junior Product  Assistant (w/m/d) to join our Product team in Berlin.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office.

We are looking for a highly organised and motivated junior team member to support our Product Managers in their daily work. This role is ideal for someone who wants to start a career in Product Management and gain hands-on experience.

• Support Product Managers in day-to-day operations

• Prepare and structure product documentation

• Coordinate tasks, meetings, and follow-ups

• Assist in backlog maintenance and ticket preparation

• Help gather and organise user and stakeholder feedback

• Support communication between teams

• Take ownership of smaller tasks and projects

• Strong organisational and structuring skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English

• High attention to detail

• Proactive and reliable working style

• Strong willingness to learn and grow in Product Management

Nice to Have

• First experience (internship/working student) in product, tech, or startups

• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, or similar

• Initial screening call with a recruiter (up to 45 minutes)

• Hiring Manager call in German (up to 60 minutes)

• Team call with the Senior Product Managers (up to 45 minutes)
