We're seeking a Senior Product Manager (w/m/d) to join our Product team in Berlin.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office.

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to take ownership of existing products and drive their continuous improvement. This role combines strong execution capabilities with strategic thinking and stakeholder management.

• Own and optimise existing product lines

• Translate business goals into clear product requirements

• Manage and prioritise product backlog

• Act as key interface between product, tech, and business teams

• Gather and structure feedback from internal stakeholders and users

• Drive data-informed decision-making

• Ensure smooth product delivery and high quality

• 4+ years experience in Product Management

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• German (C2.2) and English (must-have)

• Structured thinking and strong prioritisation skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams

Nice to Have

• Experience in scaling products

• Background in healthcare, marketplace, or SaaS

• Initial screening call with a recruiter (up to 45 minutes)

• Product & Strategy call (in German language) with C-Level members (up to 60 minutes)

• Value add call with cross-functional stakeholders and the Product Managers (up to 45 minutes)
