Product Manager - New Products (w/m/d)

We're seeking a Product Manager (w/m/d) to join our Product team in Berlin.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days in the office.

We are looking for a highly driven Product Manager to lead the development of new products from ideation to market launch. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, validating concepts, and building scalable solutions that drive business growth.

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of new product development

• Identify and validate new product opportunities (market, user needs, business impact)

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and stakeholders

• Drive MVP development and iterative product improvements

• Analyse product performance and derive actionable insights

• Align product initiatives with business and revenue goals

• 3+ years experience in Product Management

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience launching new products or features

• Ability to work independently and take ownership

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Entrepreneurial mindset and bias for action

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital health / SaaS / platform businesses

• German language skills

• Initial screening call with a recruiter (up to 45 minutes)

• Product & Strategy call with C-Level members (up to 60 minutes)
