We're looking for a Working Student – Digital Marketplace & Partnerships (w/m/d) in Berlin. We work in a hybrid model (xx days per week in the office).


Your mission in a nutshell:

Our wellbeing platform includes an in-app marketplace where users can redeem rewards such as vouchers or donations for their healthy activities. This marketplace plays an important role in motivating engagement and creating additional value for our customers.

In this role, you will support the growth and operations of this marketplace across international markets. You will help build and maintain a strong portfolio of voucher and incentive partners, ensuring that our marketplace offers relevant rewards that support user engagement and contribute to our commercial success.

How you will spend your time:
  • Research, contact, and onboard new voucher and incentive partners for our global marketplace

  • Maintain and improve our portfolio of marketplace partners across different countries

  • Ensure incentives are relevant and localized for each market in collaboration with Product and other teams

  • Support the launch of the marketplace in new regions such as the US, Canada, and South America

  • Coordinate partner communication and basic stock management to ensure smooth marketplace operations

  • Track key marketplace metrics such as usage, availability, and partner status

  • Prepare simple reports to support internal decision-making

  • Work closely with Product, Customer Success, and Commercial teams to ensure the marketplace supports client needs

What you will learn:

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in building and managing a global digital marketplace within a digital wellbeing platform.

You will learn how international partnerships are identified, onboarded, and managed, and how incentives and rewards can drive user engagement and platform growth.

You will also gain insight into how product, commercial, and customer success teams collaborate to scale a digital platform across multiple markets.



What you should bring to the table:
  • You are currently studying Business, Management, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

  • You have a strong interest in commercial topics, partnerships, and digital platforms

  • You work in a structured and reliable way and pay attention to detail

  • You feel comfortable using spreadsheets and working with basic data

  • You communicate clearly and feel confident interacting with internal teams and external partners

  • You enjoy taking ownership of your tasks and working independently

  • You are comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to support research, organization, or communication tasks

You will be successful in your role after 6 months, if:

  • The marketplace runs smoothly in existing markets with well-maintained partner relationships

  • New voucher and incentive partners have been researched and successfully onboarded

  • Marketplace setups for new regions (e.g., US, Canada, South America) are well prepared

  • Key marketplace metrics are tracked and shared regularly to support internal decision-making
