We're seeking a Working Student (w/m/d) to join our Customer Success Team (Custom Solutions) in Berlin, on a 20-hour per-week basis.

This is a hybrid position, requiring some days in the office, according to your class schedule.



Your mission in a nutshell:

In this role, you will support our Customer Success Managers with operational and administrative tasks, including generating data reports and coordinating communication between internal and external stakeholders. Over time, you will also collaborate directly with external clients, supporting them on specific projects and partner-related initiatives.

How you will spend your time:
  • You will manage, verify and approve user data & submissions, uploaded to our CMS (Content Management System) to make sure that users get their rewards.
  • You will manage user communications through the CMS to engage users effectively and keep them informed and up to date
  • You will support the team with data analysis and reporting on key metrics to improve internal processes and drive operational efficiency.
What you should bring to the table:
  • You should currently be enrolled in a degree that gives you the possibility of working 20 hours per week starting from April or May 2026.
  • You are conscientious and can work with sensitive data.
  • You have an eye for detail and are able to work carefully on repetitive tasks.
  • You have good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • You are fluent in German (C1) and English (business fluent) - mandatory.You are interested in analysing data and deriving insights for clients.
  • Nice to have: Experience with data analytics and / or project management.

You will be successful in your role after 6 months, if:

  • Month 1: Learn our product, workflows, and communication strategy.
  • Month 2: Independently set up and manage communication flows in the CMS.
  • Month 3: Work confidently in Metabase, Holistics, and Retool. Set up deep links (e.g., campaign links directing users to specific in-app content) and use data to optimize performance.
  • Month 6: Able to support or lead client-facing discussions around content and performance.
Interview process
If your application progresses positively, you will be invited to participate in our hiring process, which includes the following stages:
  1. A first video interview of 30 minutes with our Talent Acquisition Team.
  2. A second video call of 45 minutes with our hiring manager, the team lead.
  3. Meet the team in-person in our Mitte office and get a small office tour!

Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks. We gift the 24th and 31st December as extra vacation days and any additional non-public holiday days during this time will be taken from your annual leave.
