• Define and maintain product KPIs and metrics to measure success

• Design, run, and analyse A/B tests and other experiments to validate product hypotheses

• Implement and refine product tracking to ensure accuracy and completeness of data

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on user behaviour, engagement, and retention to uncover insights

• Partner with Product Managers to translate insights into prioritised product roadmaps

• Create clear, impactful visualisations and dashboards for stakeholders across the organisation

• Present findings in a compelling way that inspires action and drives product improvement

• Advocate for data-driven decision-making across teams

• 4–5 years of professional experience in product analytics, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis

• Skilled in at least one programming language for analysis (Python or R)

• Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, PostHog or similar

• Proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)

• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodology and statistical analysis

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights

• Clear communicator, able to influence decisions at all levels of the organisation

Please note: our offices close over the Christmas and New Year period for approximately two weeks. We gift the 24th and 31st December as extra vacation days and any additional non-public holiday days during this time will be taken from your annual leave.
